We had a look at different fryers on the market and we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the technical solutions of these fryers. The result of these discussions: we decided to build a fryer ourselves :
the TB210 with the following features:
- the heater is external an not anymore in the frying area
- the oil circulates in a loop with an itegrated filter
- this filter is machine washable
- a sensor built into th oil loop measures continuously the deteroration of the oil
- the sensor for tempeature as well as the security thermo switch are positioned outside the frying area
- there is a large and easy to read alphanumeric display on the upper front side
- the settings of the fryer is done with a single turnable switch by menu guidance on the display
- the fryer is equipped with a basket lift
- As an option, there is a modem available, which transmits all the data periodically as E-Mails.
