With the Data - Modem the measured values of a double fryer may be transmitted as E-Mails directly over the Internet.

This happens automatically once a day or by calling the corresponding modem.

The transmission once a day is a collection of values which where measured through out the day in a timedistance of about 15 minutes.

The E-Mail transmission may be startet either by a phone call from a certain telephon number or automatically after reaching a certain number of measurements.

After a transmission the memory of the modem is cleared and the collection of values starts again.

In the office of the quality control the incoming E-Mails of the fryers of the different kittchens are collected and surveilled, so the quality control may react to peak values in time.
