These OEM Online - Probes are made for continuos use in oil fryers.


there are 4 different types of probes available <.

1. output analog : 1.. 3.5 V for approx. 2% ..27% of PPA
2. output digital : unidirectional , special Code
2. output digital : bidirectional , RS232
3. output digital : bidirectional , USB

The power supply for the probes : 8 .. 24 V DC

The head of the probe extends into the heating chamber of the fryer.

For cleaning reasons, the head of the probe is detachable !

It's only plugged on the probes body.

The wings snapped on the body of the probe interieor the fryer help to keep the probe within healthy temperature limits.

Acccessories to the Online - Sensors:

Remote - Display of the measured values of a double fryer
